"Phenomenal service, cleanliness, location, amenities. Phuong is amazing she helped us with every detail. Transportation,bookings. I could go on and on. The rooms are completely private, the only shared area is the breakfast dinner area and around the pool. I highly recommend renting there bikes and riding to local attractions. The most epic place you’ll ride a bike. "

"Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"

"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. "Room was large and very clean. In fact, I think that was the largest king bed I’ve ever slept on. Location is right in Tam Coc but on a quiet street. Everyone is friendly. The only negative thing is there is no safe to secure your belongings. Breakfast is decent. I would definitely stay again. Great value for sure!"
