「 We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. 「We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. 「We had a wonderful stay here at Tam Coc Babylon. The room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with AC and a fan, a smart TV, a fridge. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Didn’t use the tub so no comment on that. The lady, Quynh (sounds like queen), who runs the place is so sweet! Her English isn’t good but that’s what google translate is for. She found that we were having an early departure for our tour and would likely miss breakfast. Instead, she said she could make breakfast earlier...
