Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. 「Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. 「We stayed two nights and had our supper on site. The first night was great, but we felt like they didn’t put any effort for the second supper. Cucumber chunks for our vegetable to share between 4 people and an omelet. Breakfast was so-so. The owner was really pushing to book a tour with him to see the real Vietnam or visit the pagoda at night for the lights.
