Historic Huguenot Street

It was our anniversary 37 years of marriage we decided to stay at the Royal regency hotel wed -sunday as soon as we got in our room on Wednesday the toilet was clogged maintenance had to come unclogged toilet the bathroom ran off and on alll night.. oh and by the way there's no bathroom privacy .. was offered half price for the first night which should have been free clogged toilet and toilet running all night....we asked for another room the bathroom showers are disgusting, shower heads are filthy and rusted need to be replaced took pictures of the rooms showed manager then she moved us to a THIRD room where the fire alarm went off and on 3 different times 2am in the morning by then we had enough we left on Friday .. OH YEAH PICTURES ARE DECEIVING NOTHING THERE IS THAT PURPLE!!! and had to lose haif of our deposit no way to spend our 37 year anniversary Royal regency from hell

Located next to tons of shops and restaurants. Staff is very helpful.
