"This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. Wifi worked reliably and I would stay again in the future"

"Decent budget hotel. Stayed 2 nights, the bed was hard. Parking is available right next to the hotel. Overall a good budget hotel. Great area around the hotel, lovely city to walk around! A lot of great sights (castle, parks, museums) onsen and cute cafes with amazing apple pies!"

"スタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃだった。 名前を伝えチェックインするが2泊の予定なのに 1泊と言われ、2泊を伝えるも1泊ですと言われ先払い済みなのにホテル代請求される。 予約画面を見せてようやく対応。 　駐車場を停める場所を聞き、了承を得たが次の日、観光中にめちゃくちゃ電話がかかってきて、出ると駐車場の場所を移動して欲しいと連絡が来て意味がわからない。許可を得たと言っても移動して欲しいと一点張り。予定してたプランを変更してわざわざホテルまで戻ってきた。スタッフ間の連携ができないホテルだと思われる。"

"Very sweet old style onsen. Water was wonderful and kenseki dinner was a real treat. Staff very friendly courteous and helpful. Beds and linen comfortable and very clean. The hotel is aging. If you are looking for an authentic experience, this is it! "
