"スタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃだった。名前を伝えチェックインするが2泊の予定なのに 1泊と言われ、2泊を伝えるも1泊ですと言われ先払い済みなのにホテル代請求される。予約画面を見せてようやく対応。　駐車場を停める場所を聞き、了承を得たが次の日、観光中にめちゃくちゃ電話がかかってきて、出ると駐車場の場所を移動して欲しいと連絡が来て意味がわからない。許可を得たと言っても移動して欲しいと一点張り。予定してたプランを変更してわざわざホテルまで戻ってきた。スタッフ間の連携ができないホテルだと思われる。"

"The room was very spacious and clean. We were provided fresh towels when needed and the amenities bar downstairs was well stocked. Staff were accomodating and professional and organised luggage forwarding for us promptly. The laundry was great but needs a few more machines as it was very busy with 14 floors and only 3 machines available each day. We also loved the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and the Lawson connection downstairs that was 24hours. "

"Nice clean hotel in a really good spot, in the middle of the shopping area and a 5 min walk to the train station. Great hotel to use as a base for exploring around Aomori prefecture. Parking was a bit confusing at first but got our heads around it. It's 700 yen a day and the car parks aren't connected to the hotel so some of them have time restrictions. Overall an easy comfortable stay :)"
