"スタッフの対応がめちゃくちゃだった。 名前を伝えチェックインするが2泊の予定なのに 1泊と言われ、2泊を伝えるも1泊ですと言われ先払い済みなのにホテル代請求される。 予約画面を見せてようやく対応。  駐車場を停める場所を聞き、了承を得たが次の日、観光中にめちゃくちゃ電話がかかってきて、出ると駐車場の場所を移動して欲しいと連絡が来て意味がわからない。許可を得たと言っても移動して欲しいと一点張り。予定してたプランを変更してわざわざホテルまで戻ってきた。スタッフ間の連携ができないホテルだと思われる。"
