"Kurt was a very responsive host. Every question I asked was promptly answered. It was perfectly located for visiting family in the area (off-season from football) for a few days. The beds were comfortable. We could have used a sponge and dish towel in the kitchen. The bathroom floor seemed like it was maybe in the middle of being redone. It was covered with a mat but you could feel the tiles move underneath."

"The toilet paper was the only good part. The room was absolutely dirty and that's the ones with Jacuzzi and smoking. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and left after the first night. The beds are hard as rocks. They only give you 3 pillows. The coffee pot was broken and the smoke alarm contained to beep all night as the battery was dead. I didn't call for service as I didnt want to stay in that room even one night. Absolutely trashy place."

"This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots."

"Thank you! We had a really great stay with the exception of one thing- on Thursday, April 9 we came back to the hotel during the afternoon. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room keys had been deactivated and we couldn’t get into our room. I went to the front desk and told the person there and she re-activated our keys. When we entered our room, it was apparent that our bags had been looked through. Things were moved and taken out of our bags. Nothing seemed to have been taken but it was incredibly unnerving that our things had been touched and looked through. I reported the incident and was assured a manager would be notified but I wanted to also say something here. There are many many options for hotels in the area. This is our third stay at this location and we are disappointed that this happened."

"Room was decent. Not 5 star, but a bed and a shower. Unfortunately, no soap or shampoo in the room. Hotel room door definitely needs a paint job. No staff at front desk, had to call a number to get someone to check me in. Had to plug in heater because it was obvious the room wasn't used in a while. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Parking lot needs work. Ton of potholes and property was not very clean with ice maker out of order, garbage bins and other cleaning items left in corridors. Great restaurant next door was a positive. Average hotel at best and ownership should make investments in improving the property experience instead of making it a money grab."
