House was good size for our group. Toilet seat in downstairs bath was broken. House could use a very though cleaning. Lawn could have been cut. Kitchen was beautiful.

The location is a 5 star location. Some minor issues, no top sheets on any beds but we found them. Weeds around tennis court and swimming pool need to be removed. House was very spacious. Overall, we had a great time.
