I paid a lot of money for that hotel and then didn’t even get to experience the pool. But the staff was very accommodating and made great efforts to speak English to us. "

"Staff and food were excellent. Property is old and needs upgrading. It rained overnight while we were there and the hotel leaked in corridors. Water everywhere in corridors and the stairs between floors. Rooms acceptable but not as clean as they should be. This hotel has a sister hotel across the street and that is where most of the facilities are, big onsen bath etc."

"熱川おおるりにも宿泊しましたが、総合的にこちらの方が良かったです。食材に大差はないものの、収容者数が少ないためバイキング会場がそれほど混み合わないし、開始時間に遅れてもそこそこ食材にもありつける。朝食時にジュースサーバーが使えるのも良い。自動おしぼり機でないのでストレスがない。子供には最初から子供用の椅子が用意してある心遣いがある・・・と、熱川おおるりとの比較でコメントしてみました。"
