"Hotel is kept really well, very clean rooms. Really good breakfast with a huge variety of food. Staff at check in were very polite and helpful. Great pool and saunas (although male and female saunas are separate!) Great location, making it very easy to explore Helsinki."

"The lady at the front desk was really unpleasant to talk to . I don't know, if it is in all facilities she charched me 30 $ for early check in (1.5 hour earlier) i thought it was not nice I would go to a different hotel, usually they are happy to please you by upgrading or letting you in your room earlier ( if it is avaliable)"

"Loved this hotel!! My husband and i had a wonderful stay at this hotel and in Helsinki. Every member of staff from the moment we arrived to us leaving were so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless with no noise heard from outside or inside. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom excellent, no solid wall between bedroom and bathroom, just glass. Breakfast, fika and dinner was included in the price paid. Worth every penny!!! Personally, as a vegan,i was overjoyed with everything provided as well as staff's care and help. Each evening a vegetarian option, which is actually vegan, was cooked to order. Location was great with everything needed on the doorstep or within very close reach. Everything was great, i wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. "
