「Clean room; friendly staff; close to Kohls and restaurants; excellent amenities (coffee pot. fridge, microwave); plenty of hot water」

「Kitchen fully stocked. The lady in the kitchen who wore a pink tshirt i can not remeber her name but she went above and beyond in her service! Your hotel should be very proud to have someone like her. 」

「レイクタホからロサンゼルスへの帰路1泊で宿泊しました。施設も朝食も充分に良く、Wi-Fiもよくつながりました。高速至近で便利に帰路につけました。」

「午後６時、チェックインで渡された鍵を持って部屋へ行くと、部屋の清掃が終わっていなかった。フレンドリーなスタッフで、嫌な感じはなかったが、全体としていい加減な感じ。部屋は平均的であったが、すぐ目の前のハイウエイからの騒音は気になった。朝食は、パッとしない。朝食スタッフは挨拶もせず感じが悪い。」

「Very dirty had to go buy cleaners and sanitizers. Rusty microwave two lights not working Dirty chairs paint on furniture cigarette burns on all furniture a complete mess」

「駐車場に車を止めて置いたら無断駐車の警告が張られていた。 チェックイン時に申請するシステムのようだが、当方は知らなかったので上記のような結果に。 徒歩圏内にファーストフード、コンビニ等あり便利。 部屋、設備は可もなく不可もなく。寝るだけなら十分。 」

「so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.」

「本当にホリデイインなのか疑うホテルです。室内は古く汚く二度利用しません。また、このホテル着の荷物を頼んでおいたところ、受け取っていないとのこと。出荷証明書を持ってフロントと交渉すると、やっと倉庫から荷物を探してきてくれました。このことはホリデイイン本部へも連絡します。お気に入りのグループだっただけに残念です。」
