「Lovely place so close to the beach! May have been a misunderstanding on my part but I didn’t realise it was a group of cabins with bird names! Ours was just one on-site and we had a confusion during check in but lovely stay and will be booking again in the future! 」

「Lovely little unit for our stay in Orewa. Close to shops, bus stop and beach. Well equipped kitchen and adjoining laundry room. Parking for car and an outdoor shower when returning from the beach. We stayed in winter and it was cosy. 」

「宿泊は普通です。ジャケットをクローゼットに忘れたのをチェックアウトのその日の夕方に連絡したらOK調べ取って置くとの返事でした。2日後に取りに行くと連絡して行ったが、その時にクローゼットを探し始め、ルームマーキングの人にコンタクトをする始末でした。出て来たら送りますとの事で、25日経っても連絡なし。対応したのはバーカウンターのお兄ちゃんでマネージャーらしき人は一度も顔を出さない。何かあった時の対応がゼロです。ニュージーランドの思い出が半減した。」
