「モーテルのオーナー様ほかスタッフの方々は、テキパキと親切で、気持ちの良い旅行をする事が出来ました。特に、日本語で対応してくれて、英語力に乏しい私達老夫婦には、とても心強く大助かりの事ばかりでした。近くには、同じようなモーテルがありますが、日本人に日本語で対応してくれる所は、たぶん無いと思います。ニュージーの北島に１０日間滞在し　内　５泊　当モーテル宿泊です。近くのお薦めレストランやショッピング・マーケット等を教えてもらったり、近郊ゴルフ場の予約のお手伝い等も、大変快く手助け下さり有り難い思いでした。」

「The location is perfect, the bed and furniture very comfortable, and Deborah and Rainer were patient with my pre-visit questions and graciously accommodating to my needs. "何度も泊まっているので、また、泊まりまりました。街の中の真ん中の真ん中で、どこに行くにも便利です。食事をする場所を探すにも、スーパーに行くにも、バスに乗るにもです。入り口は2ヶ所ありどちらも便利な場所です。朝食も種類が多くて良かったですし、ジムもコンパクトですが整っています。"

"3年連続この近辺に滞在しています。スカイドライブの発着場所の目の前なので、午前中にホテルには到着します。荷物を預かってもらうためホテルへ向かったら、「部屋の準備が出来たら連絡します」と言ってくださり、チェックイン時間の13:30頃アーリーチェックインが出来ました。荷物も部屋まで運んで下さっていました。部屋は広く、目の前に遮る建物もなかったので、カーテンを閉めることなく過ごしました。備え付けのシャンプー&コンディショナーもホテルの物が自分の髪質に合い、持って行った物は使わず持ち帰ることに。他もスリッパ、バスローブ、水は毎日２本頂けるので、ココなら荷物減らせます。来年？近くに電車の新駅も出来るみたいで、Britomart駅に繋がるのでアクセスもしやすくなると思います。また泊まりたいホテルです。"
