「I always start with the positives: 1. The room and common areas were clean. 2. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. 3. The heating and bathroom fixtures operated correctly. The only negative I noticed was the WiFi. It was a little intermittent and not the fastest. However, I've had much worse. I would stay here again 」

「The staff was so friendly! We had a problem figuring out the TV and they came right up to our room and worked on it until they got the channels to come in. The room was very large and included a kitchenette which came with dishes and utensils. The beds were firm, but not rock hard, or worn. We have an 85 lb dog and he was welcomed! Plenty of walking in the area too.」

「Very nice hotel BUT extremely noisy and this is why overall rating is low. Why putting all this money into the renovations and not sound proof better. We stayed on the bottom floor beautiful room and view but it sounded like the family above us was going to come through the ceiling (shame on the parents no respect for other guests) I did call down to the front desk multiple times. We didn't get much sleep that night. We had to be up early for a tournament to. Pool was freezing and that part...
