"Everything was amazing! The check in and valet processes were smooth and the complimentary cocktail was a great touch. I don’t typically go to a hotel’s bar, but the cocktail was so good that I had to check it out. Not only was the bartender attentive and kind, she also makes a killer drink! The interior design was also breathtaking and has made me consider redoing a few rooms in my home! There are so many amazing things about the Palmetto, but these parts all stood out to me."

"We arrived early, but were allowed to check in. The lady at the desk was friendly and immediately got a valet to handle our luggage and park our car. We stayed for three nights and each day was a pleasure. The entire staff (both day and night) were better than any we had encountered on previous trips both inside and outside of the USA. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled and it was spotless. Housekeeping staff kept that way each day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a personable experience."
