"The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. When there was a need for something, they jumped on it immediately. I had an issue with the hot water on my initial room. They immediately addressed it. I also very much enjoyed the breakfast. It was more than ample. Yehoshua The general manager also went out of his way to help in anyway that he could it was very concerned that my stay was a good one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area."

They claimed because it was raining the day before, we arrived late in the afternoon on a sunny day. They offered to clean the apartment the next day in the evening, but we did not want for anyone to start cleaning while we live in there.  we only would have had 2 more days left to stay.  On our arrival there were no towels, no toilet papers, no garbage bags and no...

"The room was way smaller than it seemed in the pictures, and the window faced a dark little alley. So it felt quite claustrophobic. The bathroom was tiny as well. can barely get through to sit on the toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful. But I wanted ot nore to a bigger room, and there was nothing available."
