Wonderful gateaway!

Great intimate room. All that is needed. Great A\C and wonderful balcony. Friendly and useful staff. Wonderful location and for a short getaway excellent value for money.

They had a coffee machine, and it was free for 24 hours. Breakfast was nice, and the staff was excellent. I stayed here twice while in Israel. This is where you stay when you want to see Jaffa and eat great food!

Friendly staff and great breakfast!

Staff is very friendly. I came last year and they remembered me and got us a room that could accommodate my father which is in a wheelchair. They moved the people out that wasn’t handicap and helped make it more accommodating for us.

Great stay.

Hotel is nice in a nice spot just near the trendy and friendly flea market area. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. Walking distance from the marina. In our room the shower was kind of open to the room which is great for romantic purposes but probably less so for others.

The hotel is within a few minutes walk to the flea market, old town and beaches. The lobby has drinks and snacks all day. The staff was very helpful. Our room was comfortable. Would recommend for stay in Jaffa.

Margosa house is a very nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Room was a little small. I am sure that have larger rooms. Service at the hotel was excellent.

Such a terrific place. The only reason why I gave four stars is because there’s no privacy curtain or wall between the shower and the sleeping area. I understand that not all rooms are like that, though.

We traveled with our our 2 teenage children and enjoyed every moment. The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help us. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the refreshments (coffee/tea/juice) and snacks (croissants) available throughout the day/evenings in the breakfast area. Our room (Family Room) comfortably accommodated the 4 of us. The hotel is within walking distance to all the sites in Jaffa, including the Flea Market.

Avoid booking a room facing the street, as the noise can be disruptive. During my stay, housekeeping failed to make up my room one night, and although I informed the front desk, no one followed up. On the positive side, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, with an outstanding self-service breakfast. While the property is above average overall, the customer service could use some improvement.
