Location is great. Staff very helpful,easy parking,free coffee and snacks. Comfortable beds, easy access to highway and shopping center and cinema Some of the rooms need updating. Repeated cockroach issue but you can tell they are fighting it and working hard to keep the hotel clean. Used this hotel multiple times and will do so again

A Business Hotel which fulfils expectations.

In the past we stayed several times at this hotel and were very satisfied. The Hotel is located near shops and several facilities. We are aware that the situation of tourism in Israel is very difficult and the hotel has to cope with a low occupancy resulting in decreasing its staff. Notwithstanding the above, the bed sheets were stained and unfortunately, we saw it when we opened the cover and we were too tired to complain. The shower cell door did not prevent the wetting of the bathroom floor and the douche head was partially plugged, resulting in a strong punctions water stream. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will take care of these deficiencies.

The hotel is not well maintained and missing much like breakfast, workout room, pool, bar with alcohol... but location is great near a shopping mall, restaurants, walkable to the beach -- maybe 15 min walk and overall teh price is very reasonable. Housekeepers clean the room daily and change the beddings unlike five stars hotel. Staff are very kind.

Excellent place to stay for business or pleasure

The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby were very nice. The room is basic (not fancy, although called "deluxe") but clean and quite comfortable. Bathrobe was not provided, regretfully. A nice bonus - quiet neighborhood, or was it the soundproof structure, not sure, but definitely contributed to a good night's rest. Check-in quick and easy. No frills, but we're pleased overall. Will stay again.

The room was shabby, poorly lit, and the bathroom mirror was damaged. Keys given to me frequently did not work properly. To the staff's credit, I was refunded one night of the three I stayed there. Staff were extremely polite and understanding.

Very Good

Definitely a good place: comfortable room, very helpful service, well-maintained. Only knock was the bathroom (small shower, shower head had weak pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent-sometimes perfect, sometimes cold, and sometimes both scalding and freezing in the span of a minute). Also worth noting that there is no pool or gym available whatsoever (despite the hotel's claim on their website that they have an arrangement with the nearby gym "Holmes Place" to allow hotel guests entrance "for a nominal fee", this is nonexistent). But overall, definitely recommended.

The room was clean, but a bit basic and tired. Breakfast has now been moved out of the hotel to a cafe bakery down the road where you pay with a voucher. Whilst the cafe was very good, it is a hassle to have to go out each morning. I didn't know about this before I booked the hotel. The in-house gym is tiny and extremely limited, although you can get a special rate at a gym nearby.
