Hell-Fire Caves

The hotel was right on the river and the walking path along the river was a couple of steps from the hotel

After I confirmed room with insurance, Expedia provided my booking that said room was non-refundable. I also noted that there were no windows in this room. It turned out to be a basement room. I wasn’t in the room very much. London hit record breaking heat, so being in the basement was cooler than above ground. Disappointed that Expedia’s fine print was not apparent before purchase.

Perfect place to stay for ease to the underground, shops, and a nice neighborhood. Great customer service, Joshua made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Would stay here again when coming to London.
