Have stopped here before and been happy with the room size but got stuck in room 1 which for 3 people was tiny was not made aware of the size when booking and was charged the same Other apartments are nice but Rome 1 is very small

Convenient location but multiple issues

Suite was unbearably hot and only 1 small fan to cool two level suite. We had to go out and buy two fans as hotel had no extra supplies. Loose tiles in bathroom, mouldy silicone shower glass trim, broken hand towel rack. Bar size fridge only for supposed full kitchen and no dryer facility despite being advertised as available. Smoking of other tenants was a nuisance for us non-smokers with children in unit. Assigned Parking stall extremely small and repeatedly stolen by other tenants. Cleaning was not thorough at all.

Clean, well presented apartment

The apartment was clean and well presented. Initally there was no hot water but I rang and the issue was fixed very quickly. The apartment was cleaned and beds made everyday which was a real bonus and we had parking. I would highly recommend this accommodation

Perfect little apartment

Apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, tidy and lovely view! Exactly like the photos which don't justify the size and space available. Staff were helpful in all enquiries and overall very impressed! Would definitely stay here again as a group for value and convenience

Super painless and easy place to stay!

We booked this place super last second while on a family road trip when we just needed a place to sleep 5 for the night. We checked in in the middle of the night and the gentlemen at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful - the whole process was super painless and quick. We then got to the place and opened the big french doors to the balcony and were pleasantly surprised by the sound of a bubbling brook out behind the buildings - which was lovely :) And when the sun came up in the morning, the view was really pretty - over looking a park and some rolling hills. A pretty great place to relax and eat our breakfast :) Check out went just like check in, super easy/painless/quick and the different gentlemen at the desk was also really nice and helpful. We didn't have a super high demand on the place, as we just needed a nice place to stay for the night with 24-hour check in, but this place worked perfectly for us and we enjoyed our stay :)

Avoid this place

Rooms were filthy with dust. Very poor condition with broken fittings. Renovated very cheaply with poor workmanship. Couldn't sleep in the bedroom due to dust and mouldy/musty smell. Washing machine but no drying facilities.

Met our needs fully

We needed inexpensive accommodation for 3 adults and a small dog. The apartment we booked fitted the bill perfectly. No complaints at all.
