"10/10 would stay here again. Serene location with a small lake on the property with tons of fish. Owners even provided rowboat and life jackets. We also saw deer, frogs and a wild turkey. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed."

"The rooms were dirty and smelled of sweat or body order. There was always a smell of cigarettes and Marijuana the halls and in the rooms we kept the windows open the whole stay so that we could get fresh air. There was trash bags in the hallway on the 3rd floor and chairs in the stairwell. The elevator was dirty and they had boxes stacked right by the entrance/exit. We did not try the breakfast because we didn't feel comfortable based on the cleanliness of the rooms. All of the towels were so thin they were almodt unusable. They also had stsins on them and even the bed had some staining. When we got there the toilet bowl was still dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and we had a good experience then but this time was our last."

"Tom was an excellent host! Check in was smooth and the house was so quaint and beautiful. Our group greatly enjoyed our weekend. The space was large for the four of us and furniture/beds were comfortable. The location was close to plenty of things to do/stores but also felt remote."

"The property transports you back to the 1920’s as soon as you step in the door. Jill is an excellent host and never let us want for anything. It was fun feeding Dexter and the kitty’s snacks each day. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit back east. Looking out at fields with trees and green grass was a welcome change from our home in Arizona."
