「Very well appointed home with many extras. The house is in close proximity to many restaurants and the lake. Very relaxing and my Dad caught 12 trout in the River. Place was very clean and for two people mid seventies it was nice having easy access. 」

「Great location, perfect size home for us. Very clean and kitchen well equipped! Comfortable bed. Love the stone in the yard etc. 」

「The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...

「This place is Wonderful! If you are looking for a calm, peaceful setting with nothing but beauty and nature surrounding you...this is the place! It has basically everything you could need to make your stay as simple as possible. You really don't need to bring a whole lot as this place is fully stocked with all the essentials! We have family in the area and will definitely be renting each time we come to visit! 10/10 in our book! 」

「Cabin was GREAT!! Exactly as described. The porch is wonderful and relaxing! Furniture (inside & out) is comfortable. The owners were very communicative before & during our stay. A line of bad weather came through one afternoon and the owners reached to make sure we knew a head of time and were prepared. Will rent again if ever in Heber Springs area!!」

「Very welcoming. Fantastic amenities. Couldn’t ask for any better. Pet friendly is always awesome. Great location. Outdoor space was amazing. House had fully stocked kitchen, had everything we needed. Great set up! 」

「No soap in shower. Had to inform the landlord that there was no hot water but got it turned on eventually.The sleeping arrangements were awful. It was a fold out couch with a blow up mattress that deflated during the night. There was a single bed , but the mattress was hard as a rock.」
