Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on north high street in Heber springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it!

It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access.

Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it.

We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

The construction on this beautiful house was completed Summer of 2023. It's a very large and spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with a large 2 car garage.

The back porch on this house will really bring you close to nature. It's a very relaxing place for your morning cup of coffee.

With this house you will get a fully furnished kitchen. Do you want to cook? You're covered. Do you want to go out to eat and bring home leftovers? You're covered. Plenty of room in the refrigerator and a microwave to warm it up.

Don't forget, at High N Heber you get VIP parking right in the large 2 car garage. Do you have a electric car to charge? You're cover! Just bring your adapter!
We have left one garage remote for you to use as your own during your stay. Please don't forget to leave it on the counter when you check out.

This house was built specifically for short term rental. We hope you enjoy everything brand new in this house including all of the large smart TV's.

Pleasant stay at Heber Springs

House was very clean and comfortable. Located close to the main businesses in town but on a nice quiet street. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the fully enclosed garage.

The woods

This would be much more comfortable with chairs to sit in out on the back deck. Dining area chairs very uncomfortable. Also bathrooms need towel racks so you can reuse towels.

Surprise engagement

We came in to town from Michigan to see our son proposed to his girlfriend. The house was perfect and beautiful. The master bedroom bed and pillows were so comfortable and with a 13 hour drive was welcoming. Weston was great to communicate with. We had so request and was willing to help in any way. I would recommend this High St for a night or a longer stay. The street is a dead end so not a lot of traffic. If the house is available in May we will be rebooking. A must stay if you are in the area.
