「This is a very nice newly renovated hotel located in a historic building that was built in 1898. The hotel has cool vibe that fuses historic tradition with a stylish modern artistic flair. The co-located Garden Bar and restaurant is very nice with hip sports bar thing going on. The junior suite room that we stayed in was modest, functional and comfortable. The property also has a nice, reasonably equipped, smallish fitness room that my wife and I happily used. The one and only drawback to this...

「It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.」

「レセプションの人の態度が悪すぎる。 ロンドンにしては安く宿泊出来るが、値段相応の宿泊泊客も多くいて、あまり安全ではないと感じた。 ベッドは3段ベッドで2段目はかなり狭い。またちょっと動いただけでかなり揺れる。もう2度と泊まりません。」

「The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour.」

「My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting 」
