Our room was large, clean and there is onsite parking. No complaints. I would have liked a plastic shower cap, and some non caffeine drinks - decaf coffee and herbal tea options in the bedroom, but I understand that you can ask for them at reception

We found the staff were very friendly and professional,Dean especially, there was a female guest who was unstable, but Dean controlled her with a professional approach, above all we would stay there again , small parking lot but there is a parking lot 0.4 miles from the hotel.

Just spent a night here when large hotel chains were quoting ludicrous rates. Perfectly adequate for us. Ten minutes walk from Bromley centre. Rooms had a fridge, microwave and a fan. We were quite happy and saved ourselves a lot of money.

Very disappointing. The parking is on-site, but tight and hard to enter especially if people park inconsiderately. Do not be fooled by the photos of the hallway, the rooms (or at least our “family room”) was extremely dated and frankly like a hostel. Cobbled together furniture that looked like it had been donated and organised very poorly in the room. The bathroom looked like it may have been renovated in recent years but the shower was filthy, the pedal bin lid fell off as soon as we stepped on it the first time and there was no hand soap in the canister and only one toilet roll. I had sent a message via Expedia two days before check-in enquiring as to whether or not breakfast was included in my rate (I couldn’t remember what I’d booked and it didn’t say on the confirmation) but the info on Expedia said it was available “for a fee”. When we arrived the person on check-in said “oh I can see you’ve contacted us about breakfast a couple of days ago…it’s not included with your booking but there isn’t any this weekend anyway as the room is set up for a meeting!” To top everything off, the person in the neighbouring room had left their stinky work boots outside the door next to bags of something and was smoking weed which was coming out into the hallway.
