"Lovely hotel, situated just outside of York and a few minutes away from the Park and Ride, which I would suggest you use to get into York. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the parking facilities were great."

"This is a delightful hotel very conveniently located for the railway station and city centre. The ambience is outstanding and gives great attention to maintaining the history associated with York and offering an excellent range of guest f,acilities. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful; they work hard to make your stay very enjoyable."

"For the price we paid dissapointed in the room facilities. We would of expected a biscuit at least. Only 1 chair for 2 people the room was big it could of easily fit a small settee. The aircon was so noisy . The clothes rail was so small no draws .Overall dissapointed with our stay. We expected better things from Hilton"
