- Please book such that your check-in day is the very next day after the previous check-out day in order to avoid booking gaps in the home's 29-night minimum stay calendar.
- You can stay for less than 29 nights, but a reservation for this legal rental has to be made for 29 nights or more, and the reservation will not be prorated on a daily basis due to local government rental regulation in Hawaii that allows all houses to only rent for minimum 29-nights.
