「Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!」

「had a great moment.」

「Good location and reasonable rooms. Parking limited, although streets nearby. Slightly tired in places, however clean.」

「Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm. 「Amazing location and charming spot. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The pub and wonderful outdoor area attracted many locals and travellers. The walks to and from Birling Gap were stunning. What a spot!!」
