"A beautiful charming boutique B&B in Old Town Hastings, plenty of ambiance!
Really wonderful 3 night stay with partner, we stayed in room 7 which is on the top floor - if you are very tall the height of the room may be an issue although was not for my 6ft 1ins tall partner. We chose room 7 as it has a deep roll top bath with a shower attachment.
B&B is very close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and all the local sights.
Breakfast was wonderful, good options for all including vegetarians...

"A very lovely B&B with great location, beautiful room, wonderful hosting from Karen and team and best breakfast I've had in years. Over three days, the breakfast was perfect. The bed too is probably the most comfortable bed i can remember ever
The Host gives great, heartfelt advice which is super helpful."

"Wonderful stay just 15 mins away drive from the cliffs, Val was so attentive and also was really kind to give us an upgrade spontaneously. This is a must if you travel around these areas and want to find a relaxing time."

"Staff were very friendly. The location was ideal for the pier, town and theatres.
We upgraded to a sea view room on arrival. Lovely view but the room could have been cleaner, the shower needed a good scrub to remove the black mould around the door frame. The windows looked out onto ledges that needed cleaning and the metal railings needed painting. The coffee machine was a good touch but needed a clean after each guest."
"Our room was clean, spacious and we loved the interior decor. We had a little trouble getting in, however the bar staff were very helpful in sorting that out. As it is above a pub, it was noisy until the pub closed."
"A really lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was really nice apart from hearing the pigeons every morning in the eaves moving about and “cooing”.
Location great and would recommend to anyone."
"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout. The staff were superb from start to finish and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help, always friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making for a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of hot and cold options and everything well stocked and fresh.
Overall, a great hotel with outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
"Small but decent enough room and most importantly Hotel sheets!!!!.... Location is excellent right on beach.... Breakfast offering is in line with price, just needs a bit of tlc."
"Hotel looks very dated, room looked slightly better, but still in need of repairs. Nobody at reception to do check in, they send a message asking to provide ID copy through WhatsApp and then give you access codes to hotel and room. Hot and cold water hit and miss, took verylong time for hot water to run in the sink, shower opposite became hot water only very quickly, no cold water.
Ok for one night stay, but wouldn't return."
"We upgraded from a cosy room to a superior room. The room itself was lovely, though quite small and the bathroom had a roll top bath. The room was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. However, I would say that there was little space to put any of our things, little surface space in the bedroom and the bathroom. Our room was on the top floor; we were asked before arrival whether we had an problem with stairs, and there were quite a few levels to go up so be aware of this. I do have one gripe! There was a constant humming noise in our room, I expect coming from the extractor fan that was outside the bedroom window. We did put up with it but for anyone who likes silence, it would have drove you round the twist. There was a small radio on in our room when we arrived; so wondering if that was to disguise it. I assume this humming noise would have been heard in the rooms either side of us as well. We were in Room 20. Again, lovely room, was let down by the noise."
