"I tried to work things out with PM, but they really don't care. The property manager took an unexpected 60 on 1st payment, and took 2nd pmt without authorization. Then refused to send check-in info until almost time. Failed to tell us you have to go all the way to the front to use the code, so it took like half an hour to get in.
