"No frills but excellent location for a single traveler working or exploring London and nearby. Room was small but functional and clean. Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Great water pressure! For a budget solo work trip, I would stay again. There’s no AC and my room was a basement room with limited air flow. Fan in the room worked well enough."

Everything was perfect, I loved how clean the room was, everything was was new and well cared for, I also loved when we checked in the room was nice and cool and spelled of peppermint which was just delightful after a long flight and walking around in the summer heat! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in London!"

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"No rooms available but I was charged for a room when booking.
Left stranded at 8pm by the door to go find another room. When asked for a refund, I was told to sort that out myself as well."

"The room was clean and great location in the West End right on the Elizabeth Line. The room comfortably fits one person but was very small by US standards. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was great!! The shower had perfect pressure with two shower heads. The his hotel is located near pubs so if you are on lower levels you will hear the sounds of the street and the pubs. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for quick trips."
"Clean, comfortable room. Unable to use pool due to the limited time we were there. Also didn't use the restaurant or cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms were quiet despite being on the flightpath. Loads of lifts! Air con in room was good, able to easily change the temperature. The fridge in our room wasn't cold/cool. Luckily we didn't need to use it. Extra milk pots would have been good for the tea/coffee facilities in room."
"This is about the 4th time I've stayed - need I say more?! Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, clean bathroom and comfy bed. Thanks hotel I had a nice time again."
"I am 59 so not the typical punter for a pod hotel, perhaps (!), but I was dying to try it for one night. Slept so well - comfy bed (lower nest), lovely sheets, air con. It was a bit weird in the morning being without daylight but the showers were super powerful, hot, pristine and with shampoo and body wash provided. Hairdryers too - a bit like a posh gym. I'd probably book an upper nest next time so I don't have to crawl in on my knees but I felt really safe and comfortable here. Great value!"
"Great that we could park outside . Prices differ by couple of £ than on website.
Views .....roof and air con units!!
Tv.....didn't work but chap came ASAP to mend.
Rooms....basic , bit tired but clean. Great choice of signs to hang on door.Blackout curtains good.Fridge with ice box.Iron & board. Tea/coffee facilities, no water bottles but expensive shop in lobby.
Staff....very helpful, courtesy phone call from reception not long after arrival."
"The Langham epitomizes comfortable elegance. It feels like coming home when we visit London. Everything is perfectly correct, but also warm and welcoming. We will always return."
