"The owners were very helpful navigating the area, including a ride to the airport when it was time to leave. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was recently updated."

"Lovely little room with everything you might want … and nice bathroom which was much bigger than expected. Very convenient for visiting our daughter in Earlsfield and quiet overnight. We can recommend the cafe downstairs for a healthy breakfast "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people
On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for an accessible option 10/10."
"The location of this hotel was fantastic. Located beside Tower bridge , underground close by as well as the convenience of having a Tesco steps away.
Big hotel, resturants and nice lounge area. The rooms were a good size although the bathroom tun looked moudly."
"Many people stay before their flight out of Heathrow. A free shuttle is available but the staff either didn't know or didn't provide much information. Several buses came and no one told us how to distinguish which was ours . One customer waiting said it was always late, and it was about 20 minutes, seems the staff should have known. Also staff said it took 25 minutes to airport due to additional stops which wasn't true. Only one stop after our hotel.
Pretty unprofessional for an upscale hotel and didn't seem service oriented.
Food at restaurant very good. No tea kettle etc in room, but room was very comfortable, best bed we experienced in the UK and appreciated the a/c."
"I usually don’t write reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so great that I felt I had to share it. London was the last stop of our European trip after visiting three other countries, and because of our schedule, we booked this hotel at the very last minute.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Selin at the front desk, and she was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had two separate reservations, she went out of her way to email her manager, Sophie, to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and that we wouldn’t have to move rooms after our first reservation ended.
The next morning, we met Sophie, and she was just as amazing. She personally took care of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable.
The location of this hotel is perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly, the bar and restaurant are great, and the cleaning team did a fantastic job keeping our room fresh every day. Having a washer and dishwasher in the suite was a huge bonus after traveling for almost a month!
We also arrived during the European heat wave, and the hotel provided plenty of bottled water every day, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated.
A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! 😊"
