"The rooms very clean friendly staff when arrived but the next day the staff that cleans the room at 10 am entered without knocking check out wasn’t till 12. We were still in bed they kept knocking to see if we had left. It was very uncomfortable"

"It wasn't clear to me from Expedia that this was an extended-stay hotel, so they never came in to make the bed or pick up linens. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels since our stay was less than 7 days. I rented two rooms, and one of them had a horrible smell as well as a wet area under the air conditioner. I brought it to the attention of the desk when we checked out. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful."
