"Nice and clean hotel staff all very friendly.In a good location for big ben and the London eye but quite a distance for shopping.Breakfast was good too.We got off a flight from Australia and got to hotel early in morning thought we had to check in at 2pm but staff allowed us to check in early which was very nice"

"We booked Bluedaws Hotel for our trip to London for two nights between 20th and 22nd September. We booked a family room for a group of 5.We went early on Sunday to drop our luggage where Nimko was helpful. We returned late Sunday evening whereby we were welcomed with a warm sincere smile of a young gentleman by the name of Prem who was ever so delighted to offer his assistance and explained everything to us. Prem was extremely helpful in bringing us a kettle, teabags, milk and cups to our room as well as extra towels.The following morning we went down for breakfast where we were welcomed by lovely members of staff who had the breakfast tables all laid out. We were offered tea, coffee, toast, eggs, bacon as well as a selection of cereals. The tables had a selection of jams available.At Bluedaws Hotel the breakfast which is inclusive is truly a 5 star experience.We were offered tea and coffee to our rooms after breakfast also, which was extremely generous.The following evening Prem greeted us on our return and was all too happy to assist us with whatever we needed on our room.Overall our experience at Bluedaws Hotel was exceptional. The location is fantastic as it is about 3 to 4 minutes away from Paddington station and Hyde Park.The hotel is very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel as the ideal and best option in terms of ticking all the boxes which include amazing price, delicious breakfast to set your day, central location, great service, good hygiene and cleanliness."

"The hotel was suitable for our needs. There was no air conditioning available but the hotel provided a fan. It was always very hot in the room. The room was a little small. The faucet in the bathroom sink was not placed well and it was difficult to use. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and had a room ready for us early before the check in time. The area was convenient for walking and public transportation. I would recommend this hotel."

Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

"This is a super trendy hotel with a beautiful entryway, right off of Piccadilly Circus two escalators take you up into an immaculate reception styled like a chic nightclub with gorgeous gold stairs leading up to the bar. The problem? At the base of the escalators a sign indicates that for a step free entry you can walk through a nondescript door off to the side. Down several hallways and turns you find an elevator that will bypass the stairs. When accessibility is hidden behind doors that feel like a loading dock out of view of the glitz and glam of the entryway of the hotel it sends a subtle message: wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, and anyone using them or anyone who is unable to make it up ten steps is not part of the aesthetic of the hotel and should be hidden away. I use a walking aide (a cane) and also had a heavy small rolling suitcase with me and had to drag it around those hallways to get to the front desk. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was pointed down a bizarre staircase with no lift in sight to their glamorous restaurant. Is the restaurant not accessible or was accessibility not offered? Were it not for this I would have easily rated the hotel 5 stars. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. When I checked out a staff member happily helped me carry my suitcase down the stair case and escalator and all the way out the front door without being asked."
