"Such a beautiful home with amazing amenities! My husband loves to cook so we always make sure to book a place with a kitchen and this one is very stocked with cookware compared to usual rentals. All types of coffee makers too. Regular machine drip, chemex, aero press, and of course really great beans provided by the host. Plus 2 bikes available for use! Very happy with this place and Marcus was super responsive via text and checked in to make sure we were set up ok. "

"We enjoyed everything about our week-long vacation at the Gecko Cottage. Phil and Julie's home was comfortable, well-stocked and had more than enough room for our crew of 4 adults and 2 young kids. The location is superb. We easily walked or biked to the beach as well as the shops, restaurants, grocery store and library in the adorable downtown area of New Buffalo. It's also a great home base for exploring other towns and activities in SW Michigan. We were able to find a pick-your-own blueberry farm just a 10-minute drive away. The kids and adults alike loved taking advantage of the nearby pool as well. Phil and Julie were wonderful hosts and communicators. We would highly recommend a stay at the Gecko Cottage!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Nora’s lake house! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessities (including kitchen utensils, outdoor items like chairs/coolers/floats, and plenty of blankets and pillows). She even ensured our pup was set with bowls, towels and a treat! We especially loved the hot tub, and well as the close proximity to so many wineries, breweries and pubs. We hope to return!"

"Our family enjoyed this beautiful home so much! The space was perfect for our group of 3 families of 6 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well appointed with amazing upgraded appliances. The beds were super comfy. The heated floors in 2 of 3 bathrooms were an unexpected treat! The home was VERY clean and exactly as described. The pool and backyard was so enjoyable. The pool gets sun for part of the day and shade for part of the day. It was especially nice to have the heated pool in addition to the cool waters of nearby Lake Michigan. The fire pit was a wonderful way to end the day. The trip to the beach is super easy and the pool toys, beach equipment and towels made it very easy! The home is designed so well with plenty of space to gather and plenty of space for private relaxation. Someone enjoyed the front porch swing every day! The rooms are all generally larger than the photos make them appear. The lighted shuffle board in the basement is FUN! The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the booking process and our stay. If we are in the area again, we will absolutely stay in this beautiful home again!"
