"When your pool is down for maintenance ( even if you're offering the pool from the hotel across the parking lot) your price should be discounted. I'm not about to walk across the parking lot to the neighboring hotel after dark! Very disappointing that this wasn't known ahead of time and then have the price adjusted. Also the ice machine on my floor was not operating/out of order. Another disappointment. The bed was very comfortable."
