「The hotel was cute and clean and close to the areas of interest. It was on the water but website and photos were misleading. The view out the balcony is not of boats in the harbor but rock and sand piles and large equipment moving them in a county maintenance yard. Also the room was somewhat noisy. You could easily hear voices and other outside noise as well as room to room and hallway noise. The only thing that saved us was the sound machine in the room. There were a couple events/conferences...
