"This was an annual anniversary vacation which because of an injury we would be staying inside more than out and that includes watching movies and get a lot of reading. My fault i never thought that because no TV was mentioned that it wouldnt have one but no tv. "This property was amazing. The house is incredibly well stocked, finely decorated and well appointed! We had a great stay, close to The Highlands and Nubs Nob for skiing and close to many dining options. We’ve rented many places across the country, and this was definitely the one of the cleanest and most comfortable yet! This is a Michigan Up North gem!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect for our group to give everyone their own space, but also have a good common space. The location was close to the ski hill, though I will say the roads during a snow storm can get dicey. Even with slow driving, we were still able to make it to the hill in 15 minutes or so. Would stay here again for sure!"

"Our first time to Michigan and just absolutely LOVED this trip and property! A beautiful view of the water from the living room! Walkout access to the beach and pet friendly! The small town of Harbor Springs was a joy to visit, so was a drive through the Tunnel of Trees. Highly recommend this property! Gene was a pleasure to work with! Will be visiting again next year!"

"Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed at in the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. Clean and spacious, we felt very comfortable relaxing here after skiing all day. We also loved the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Close to Nubs Nob and Highlands, and the location was very pretty. Only negatives: 3 TVs didn't work; multiple missing light bulbs; towels weren't hanging in bathrooms; many do not use signs such as fireplace and spa tub; and adjacent construction that started as early as 6:15am with loud noise. "We traveled with an extended family group ranging in age from 19 to 73. This house was the perfect layout for us as far as sleeping arrangements & open areas for spending time together, while still having plenty of space for privacy. Having 3.5 bathrooms was great! Plenty of towels, linens, pillows & blankets. Well stocked with extra soap, detergents, cleaning supplies & paper products if any supplies need refilled. Extra fans in the closets if needed. Well equipped kitchen & the house was extremely clean. The host replied immediately when we needed to contact him for anything. Having the attached garage was a nice bonus. We didn't have time to use any of the amenities like the pool, tennis, or basketball courts. We'll definitely return here in the future if we're in the area!"
