"My daughter and I stayed at CitizenM on our way to an Alaskan cruise. The room was funky and fun. It was clean and tidy and near Pike’s Market and the Norwegian cruise port. We enjoyed the room, the convenience of the location and how helpful and friendly the staff performed their duties. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room was nice, and the location was very convenient. We were about a 10 min walk from Space Needle and 30 from Pikes Places and the Pier. For a single night visiting the city it was just what we were looking for. Their rooftop area was a nice perk as well."

"Very good location from Seattle airport. Shuttle service was good every 20 min. Room was clean carpet bit worn out. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not that great. There a great restaurant outside (not owned by hotel) which is very good. Overall satisfied with the stay."

"Our check in was extremely easy and the staff, especially Lilly, were amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We went to the restaurant in the evening and the staff was incredible and fun. We went again in the morning and not so much! It was like night and day."
