Personal muy amable. Nos ofrecieron el servicio de poder llevarnos al aeropuerto a primera hora con un taxista personal y un desayuno para llevar Camas cómodas, todo muy limpio. Tuvimos problemas cona cisterna que se estropeó y que se nos fueron los plomos sin posibilidad de arreglarlo rápidamente por lo que tuvimos que dormir sin luz y muchísimo calor. Por lo demás, muy bien, ubicación estupenda.

The room was very large, clean, and the furniture was nice, including a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent - all the big sights are within walking distance. But what made the stay special was the staff at the front desk. They were always friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Recommended Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.

The hotel staff were all super friendly with special thanks to Lily on Reception my room was clean and well furnished and the breakfast's for a small hotel had an excellent choice to suit all palate's.Deserves it's 5 Star Review.

Great value great location

This little hotel is in a great location . Quiet inside and clean . Breakfast was very adequate . Tired in the rooms a bit but clean and very comfortable . They helped us book Halong bay cruise . Very good value and friendly hotel . Staff very friendly

比較的静かでバスターミナルから徒歩圏内！

空港からのバスターミナルから徒歩圏内だしサークルKも近いのでロケーションは良好と言えるだろう。幸運にも浴槽付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれた。 朝食はメニューから1つ選ぶスタイルで牛肉フォーを選択。オムレツは無いのかと交渉したら目玉焼きを出してくれた。 建物の古さは隠せないが、全体としては清潔に保たれているし繁華街ではないので、空港とのアクセスを優先するなら選択肢に入れても良いと思う。
