Our hotel is located on the biggest street of Hanoi Center and quite close to Hoankiem lake. Relating the facilities, the design is classic but our furniture is made by natural wood and they are really eco-frienlly furniture. They are expensive but very good quality and non-toxic which are different with industrial furniture that other hotels are using in Hanoi. Relating your bad review , it is opposite with all guest reviews who came here and shared their review within 6 months. We didn’t received any complaint for the last six months. We try to satisfy the guest request but sometime your request can’t be approved because it is not suitable with booking policy. We understood your purpose to cancel the booking because of your private reason not due to our service.
