Great location. Great service. 2 min walk to beer street, 10 min walk to train street. Wonderful breakfast, nice cocktails and the room was very good.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with all the essentials, but what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Their courteous attitude and attention to guest needs added a personal touch that elevated the experience.
My second time here and once again everything was perfect.
The food was great and the rooftop bar has a good range of whiskey and a beautiful setting.
Kevin Nguyen and all the staff very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed
The level of service at the hotel was truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations, and the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and warmth. In particular, I am profoundly grateful to Thang, whose consistent helpfulness, attentiveness, and wealth of information greatly enhanced my experience and left a lasting impression of hospitality at its finest.
Excellent staff. Friendly and quick to help. Rooms are modern and breakfast, while limited in selection was delicious. I just wish i didnt need to pay for the gym downstairs. It should be included in the hotel price. 120k Viet Dong a day can add up quickly if your staying a while.
Manager Kevin and his staff went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. My trip to Hanoi had a lot of obstacles and Kevin and his staff helped me get through them all, from missed flight connections where we had to keep changing times for my airport pickup to the hotel getting information out and keeping guests safe when a typhoon hit Hanoi. 5 star operation and staff

located in the heart of the old town.
The location was great. The hotel was situated in the heart of the old town, providing an authentic experience of the city both during the day and at night—perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
The gym, located in the basement, had an excellent selection of machines. Access was included in our room rate, though it apparently varies depending on the type of room booked.
Breakfast was standard for Vietnam.
However, the hotel is quite noisy, and sounds from the street can be heard clearly in the room late at night. The bathroom was somewhat unclean, with flies everywhere, which was unpleasant.
Room and property was clean. The staff friendly and quick to help at all times. My room was quite due to it facing the temple area and not the road. It look liked it was just renovated and fairly modern. My room have a huge window facing down into the temple. Got a few surprised look from people looking up 😆. The buffet breakfast didnt have much options but it was filling and delicous and the staff at the buffet were attentive and friendly. My only complain is that they didnt say that you have to pay to use the gym downstairs. Its called Topgun and its not owned by the hotel. You have to pay 120k Vietnamese dong to use it. Regular customer have to pay 150k so i guess thats something. Lots of food option outside as well as massage and travel agencies to book tours with. Traffic could be horrendous around the area so give yourself some time to get anywhere.
Felt like a 3 star hotel. Few choices at the breakfast buffet and drinks like an espresso is an additional charge. This hotel get quite noisy at night making it hard to sleep, especially when loud guests are checked in next to you. There’s no policy of keeping quiet even at 2am, etc. There were other issues as well where I had to complain to the manager who then apologized multiple times but didn’t offer me any compensation.
So basically I didn’t enjoy my stay here and can’t recommend.
The room I stayed in has a horrible sewage smell. The whole lobby was darkes out. The architecture is way too rustic and out of touch with the nearby hotels my friend stayed in. I would like to request for a partial refund for the suffering I went through in bearing with the sewage smell. I was too tired to try to communicate with the staff who x have poor understanding of my questions in English.
