"The hotel rooms were consistently clean. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, it was easy to make a reservation (just called the front desk and was able to make one the same day). Another pro was the location, it was close to the train station (around a 5 minute walk) and the airport shuttle was convenient- but make sure to be there 10 minutes before because they leave right on time. Would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"The customer service was excellent! They helped call a taxi for us to the airport and always gave us toilet paper when needed and watches our bags all day since check out was 11am and the taxi pick up wasn’t until 4pm!!!"

Train station only 10 minutes away from this hotel as well ( Takanawadal A6 Station). From Narita Airport I took the express line that was the “Asakusa line” almost right to my hotel."
