"Great hotel with spacious rooms and convenient parking lots. Porters/bellmen service need improvement though! Arrived in a car (I drove) at the porte cochère to drop our luggages off first, but there was no one there to assist, had to run into the lobby to look for a bellboy to assist, but still had to wait for a bit before a bellman came. "I love the Dormy! We love that it has a natural Onsen bath on the roof so you get to be outside. This property has a really nice sauna and cold plunge pool as well. "I stayed at the Orient Hotel for 6 nights. Good location, nice staff, good breakfast and clean. It’s on the harbor so have a beautiful view, there is a plaza by the ferris wheel that is a fun little spot and has lots of good food/shopping. There is a ‘Art and Aquarium’ near by and is worth going to. Enjoyed my stay there. "
