「The Penny Lane was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Hampton Bays or surrounding area. Rooms are great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was excellent.」

「This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.」

「This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon.」

「Positives, Great location and a nice hotel, nice pool, steps to the beach with beach chairs and umbrella service right on the beach.with very helpful and friendly staff. Nice bathroom with a great shower, fluffy towels and good toiletries. On the downside, the room itself was tiny, no room to move around, no closet only a couple of hooks on the wall and a tiny mini refrigerator which was pretty much useles.」

「Stayed for 2 nights in a studio , unit was so adorable updated comfortable had all the necessities you need, loved drip coffee maker not Keurig which tastes terrible,small frig no microwave, pool & beach access at ur feet , great location to town. No TV so bring iPad Wi-Fi for streaming. Will definitely stay again.」
