"Tolle, gehobene Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage im Wohngebiet nahe der Außenalster und nah zur U-Bahn. Sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dusche, gemütlicher Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne! Toller Spielplatz ein paar Meter nebenan. Lediglich die Spielecke im Kinderzimmer könnte besser bestückt sein und die Kindermatratzen wirken zunehmend durchgelegen. Wer im Zimmer etwas essen möchte, muss selber an Teller und Besteck denken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Zusammenfassend war es eine schöne Wohnung. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht o.k. Im Töpfeschrank lag richtig viel Staub, oben auf dem Deckel des eingebauten Abfalleimers ebenso. Es war kein Staub von vor Wochen, es war Staub der länger dort lag. Die Küchen-Außenfront ist schwarz, hier müsste mal streifenfrei gewischt werden. Terrasse: keine Nutzung, zu kalt."
