「One of the best porches I’ve ever enjoyed! Expansive ocean views plus storm clouds that roll thru and Maui in the distance. Friendly farm animals to feed. Super clean and antiques everywhere. Plenty of space for exploring. Just a 10 minute drive to Hawi town. Chris was great to work with. We would stay again!」

「As described: secluded, a much- needed respite; chocolates helped! Coqui’s night calls make me sleep though some might need ear plugs. I spent most evenings under the lanai’s bugless tent (green geckos were allowed:-) and beautiful silver pheqsant(!), Bed, couch, HAMMOCK, shower are big plusses. FYI: a short drive from Hilo past 8am is clear; 3:30 onward competes with schoolbus traffic.
