"Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. "Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...
