We enjoyed our stay in Baobab resort hotel. The room were very clean and the staff were very courteous. Its family friendly as your have appartement options. We just wished it was a beach front hotel as stated on the pictures. We will nevertheless recommend it

Property is too old, bad design (not power outlets near the bed), no smart tv in the bedroom, only Chinese food is easy to get.

The hotel is boring. Unless you’re going to just have a quiet vacation. Bring your own towels. Theirs are old and gross. Bathrooms are dirty. Phone in room never worked and was never fixed even after request. Fridge is filthy and barely works. Glass shelf is dusty. Tiles in the pool are chipped/broken/ or missing. But the staff was pleasant for sure. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel. I would never stay there again. The amount of money I paid here was not worth it at all.

..I had the feeling i was....inside North Korea !! ...breakfast was last nites dinner left over !!? ..it took 4 room changes to get things ok.. ..pragmatic bill clearance/paperwork...and a sneeky booking change done to claim more fee... and since customers need to stay happy, i stayed the next 2 weeks elsewere !!.... but a nice pool

Restaurant is good but expensive, wifi is good in lobby but terrible in room, tv is very poor only 4 channels and all in chinese, staff some are excellent some rude, david hotel manager is very good, pool is ok, location is good for mall, but beach is not 5mins walk away as advertised its 20mins minimum walking at good pace, city mall nearby is useful and haller park opposite is good to visit for few hours

Fruendly, convenient and helpful staff.

This hotel is located close to the beach and a shopping centre. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Any issues are dealt with promptly and effectively. The hotel needs updating in certain areas and room curtains need to be replaced to give a better impression. The room has a T.V. and great AC and a kettle to make hot drinks. The hotel pool is wonderful and there is a basically equipped gymnasium which would benefit from more modern equipment. Overall I had I very good stay and the hotel was a great experience made by the staff themselves.

Good hotel, great pool!

Everyone was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had good security and good camera surveilance everywhere. I even fordot to close the car window one night and in the morning everything was still inside!

Dangerous hotel with dreadful management attitude

THE MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DREADFUL. The air conditioning did not work, the electrical installation was dangerous and the management just could not care less. The hotel seems to be owned by Chinese The hotel has no beach access

Peaceful place to stay, but not on the beach.

Breakfast was ok but not very exciting. Hotel is not at the beach ! So you need to take a cab to get there. Hotel is a bit aged but still ok. Clean. Water of the shower was not warm enough. Airco was doing his job in hot weather. We appreciated the fridge in the room. We were late for breakfast (till 10) but reception called us to ask if we still wanted breakfast and we could eat till 11.
