「The extra fees for parking and resort fee for a pool and gym were excessive and not mentioned in the reservation. The room was nice, view was great, but the TV's were not completely functional. The roku in the living room did not work. The one in the bedroom, only had live tv. The staff was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient. 」

「The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The views from this apartment are fantastic- you are right above the intercoastal waterway and can clearly see the Atlantic Ocean. The roadway next to the building is a draw bridge that goes over the intercoastal. The kids got a kick out of watching the drawbridge open and close. There is a wrap around balcony that you can enjoy. 」

「The hotel has a great location and view, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our room was dirty upon check-in—we even found empty bottles, and there was dust everywhere. Housekeeping never came during our stay. The elevator takes a long time to arrive as it stops to pick up multiple guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing despite the good location and view.」
