The room was great and we were at the back of the house so we had an excellent view of the water and the trees across were already changing colours. I will definitely be back. "The property is definitely dated, but v clean. Needed a place to stay for a local race which required 3 nights accommodation. Price was right, and then I was also informed at check in that bc the pool wasn’t open, I would be receiving an additional discount. Nice! Staff were wonderful, and provided me a lot of detail about what amenities were on site, AND the restaurant was open until 10pm which was great! Bed was comfy, loved having a balcony overlooking the little pond in front of the property. Parking and room access was easy, and room was well-equipped with a fridge and toiletries. Also the softest towels I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Would love to come back in the summer with my kiddo to explore the area and facilities further. "

"The lake and walking path was across the street. Town was walkable or 2 minute drive to a parking lot. Good restaurants nearby and Sculpture Forest was great to see. Motel was quiet and clean and excellent location for us."

"The property is in a beautiful area with the lodge and other rooms in an excellent location overlooking the exterior pool and Eagle Lake. The resort which includes a luxurious spa, provides a quiet, serene environment to escape to for a rejuvenating rest. "

"My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and seclusion of this cosy, clean cottage and its location with a view of its pond and surrounding woods. The bed was comfortable and kitchen and bathroom amenities were fine. The cottage was a short drive to walking trails and the town which has several historical features. Amy was very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. We would certainly book the cottage again if we were to come back to this area of Ontario."
